Nick has over 20 years of development experience and has helped deliver more than 3 million square feet of retail and residential space, with a focus on grocery-anchored plazas. He founded Maverick as a family-driven business grounded in entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, and results. His leadership has built lasting relationships with national tenants and development partners.
Director of Construction
Paul brings over 30 years of construction management experience. He oversees quality, efficiency, and execution throughout construction. Previously Director of Construction at Cameron + Associates, he managed major commercial developments across Canada.
Director of Development Finance
Christopher’s background spans real estate finance, investment, and asset management. Following experience at CBRE, he joined Dream Unlimited, working in multifamily investments, commercial strategic finance, and development financing. A Queen’s University Smith School of Business graduate, he brings an analytical and entrepreneurial approach to Maverick’s portfolio.
